Feature：
This 3.0mm thick decorative driveway lamp post has a 152mm diameter butt diameter,and with a hook at the top .Its common shaft length is 6 meters and is produced from aluminum alloy 6063T6.
Aluminum light poles compare with steel or fiberglass poles ,taking advantage of its pleasing appearance,excellent corrosion resistance and its high percentage of recyclability，has been accepted as an ideal material.The aluminum light pole is important for the use of this material in harsh environments and a key factor for sustainable projects.
These driveway lamp posts are designed for high-end residential areas, driveway, parks, square, tourist attractions etc.
Pole:
The pole shaft is extruded and spun from new seamless 6063 alloy aluminum and heat treat toT6 temper.
Luminaires Arms：
The lamp arm is integral section of the pole shaft and spun from aluminum 6063.
Hand Hole：
The door hatch is cut at 0.5m from the base end of the pole assembly by robot laser cutting machine .A covered hand hole with hardware and grounding bolts are provided.
Anchor Base:
The base plate is cast from die-cast aluminum ASTM A36 and is circumferentially welded to the shaft.The completed assembly will be heat treat to T6 temper.
Anchor Base & Cover :
The anchor base is cast from die-cast aluminum 356 and supplied with nut covers.
The completed pole assembly is heat-treated to a T6 temper. Optional spun collar and decorative base covers available as special order.
Anchor Bolts:
Fabricated from galvanized steel Q235B ,Bolts are provided with four foundation bolts which have an "L" bend on lower end and two flat washers.The top of bolts have an square locating plate.
Hardware
All structural fasteners are galvanized high strength carbon steel. All non-structural fasteners are galvanized or zinc-plated carbon steel or stainless steel.
Finish:
Finishes for the aluminum driveway lamp post includes satin brush, clear anodized and painted.Additional finish options are available according to customers’ request. Please consult suppliers for special finishing color and fixture matching options .
